Overview
Leading Under Pressure is an executive leadership and communication intensive for leaders navigating organisational change, governance pressure, stakeholder scrutiny and high-stakes decisions.
You’ll work with practical tools and frameworks drawn from leadership, strategic communication, human behavioural science and real-world corporate experience. Tried and tested with senior banking and finance executives, they will help you understand how you instinctively respond under pressure and the shifts you can make to lead with greater clarity, intent and impact.
Before the workshop, you’ll take part in a personalised 1:1 session with the facilitator to explore the traits and tendencies below. Your insights will shape your workshop experience.

Strategic communications adviser, narrative specialist and founder of Golden Yarns
Louise has spent more than two decades inside some of Australia’s most recognised organisations, including CBA, AMP, Colonial First State, KKR, Count Financial and Nestlé. Her work sits at the intersection of leadership, reputation, human behaviour and narrative. She helps leaders see what is really happening, understand how their actions will land and find the clearest way through when the stakes are high.
